We are first
and foremost, dedicated vintage audio enthusiasts and collectors. We
have nearly a quarter century experience repairing and restoring our own
gear in our collection. With this dedication and passion to the vintage
audio arena, we make sure that every manual we reproduce is as accurate
to the original as possible and that things like schematics are crystal
clear so you can actually complete the restoration of that prized piece.
Your manual is NOT reproduced by an $8.00 an hour person who only knows how to
hit the start button on a copier and with absolutely no
interest or understanding of the vintage audio collector and what they
want/need. We have the interest, dedication and technical know-how to
produce a high quality product to meet the desires/needs of the vintage
audio community.

Manual
Recycling
Are you a shop owner or
employee? Do you find yourself tight on space for your library of
manuals? Do you periodically "thin out" the collection? How do you
dispose of them? We would be more then happy to take them off your
hands and keep them out of the landfill. We would cover
packaging/shipping costs and could establish a working relationship
providing you with manuals you require at a discounted price.
That way, they don't fill up the landfill and instead, they end up being available
to all vintage audio enthusiasts worldwide. Questions?

Make sure and check our
products page where you are sure to
find manual's for that prized piece of vintage audio gear.
NOTE:
Did you know that we buy manuals too? That's right we do! So if you
have manuals to sell or even "rent out" for a few days please
contact us.
***Please,
please make sure your e-mail programs will accept e-mails from me. If
you don't, you will probably not get a response as it ends up in a spam
folder or rejected altogether by your e-mail server. This gets to be
frustrating and time consuming trying to figure out a way to get through
to you. That time could be spent better answering other customers (or
potential customers). Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Do you buy, restore and
resell vintage audio? Make sure to offer the owner's manual to go with
it as this will surely increase it's value. We can even ship the manual
directly to your customer. Also, we can provide the
service manual to help you complete that restoration.
~~~Are you or do you know
of a good repair facility in your area that works on vintage audio? If
so, let me know and I'll add you to a master list that I can refer
people to when they need a repair. I average a dozen or more requests
for repair facility information each week so this could help drive
business to your repair facility. Just give us a name, address, phone
number and web address (if available) and we'll add you to the master
list. Thanks! |
Here are Pics of a couple of
my personal systems, and a few helpers.
.
^- A couple of pieces I use for testing various equipment
after repairs. NAD C340 integrated amp and C-520 CD Player. Doesn't get
any more basic than these two pieces.
^- Some of my spare equipment (most fully restored and
functional) from top to bottom: Pioneer PD-M500 CD Changer (faceplate
removed), Pioneer ELITE PD-M900 CD Changer, Pioneer
PD-M901 CD Changer, Nakamichi CDC-3A CD Changer. Also not pictured, Nakamichi TA-3A Receiver (protection circuit
problem), Pioneer PD-F605 CD Changer, 2
Technics SL-P1200 DJ CD Players, etc....
/\- My faithful helper, Mr. Friskies hard at work.
^-- A doe with a couple of new fawn in the front yard.
Here is Mr. Friskies. Yes, he plays fetch with furry mice
or his favorite fetch toy, a cheap AM loop antenna. I finally found a
use for one of these things. :-)
Our newest addition, a 4 wk old rescue, Gizmo, weighing
in at 12 ounces. -------------------->
And once again, here is Mr. Friskies enjoying his daily
vacuuming. He loves it and doesn't want it to stop once started.
Sometimes he acts more like a dog than the cat he is supposed to be.
Yes, now Gizmo also loves to be vacuumed. They both take
turns every day.
Yes, he is actually eating his peas. This little guy will
eat almost anything, including greens. He is now 9 pounds, fit and trim. |
have a Pioneer ELITE CD Player that maybe doesn't work and want to
find it a new home, I am in the market for ones that do not work
and/or are inexpensive.
/\-Weighing in at 2 lbs 2 oz. now, Gizmo, the rescue is
already learning the ropes here in the office. UPDATE: Now he's 5 pounds
and loves American sliced cheese.
Here's the newest addition to our
collection of wildlife visitors, Forest the Brown Bear. He got into the
trash before we took it to the landfill transfer station. Fortunately,
he doesn't really like people so when he sees us, he makes a run for it,
hence his name. Run Forest, run... :-)
